I think so kids are just more likely to have worse teeth than others! I hadn't been to the dentist in 2 years and then I went and had 3 cavities and my husband hadn't been in 10 years and he goes in and has 1 very small one!!! It sucks but what can you do? Hopefully his permanant teeth will be much stronger. I hope my kids have teeth like their dad's. He didn't even need braces!!!
Look at Ar's teeth. I don't know how they become like that. I brush them every night before he goes to bed (well, I sometime forget... but rarely...)
